Please note....All reservations for a Saturday night typically require a two night stay, some Saturday only stays do become available and are an additonal fee, please call or email us for availability.

Cottages reservations are taken for Friday to Friday stays, during the high season from July thru mid August. We do have optional split week stays that are Friday- Monday, 3 nights or Monday - Friday, 4 nights.

whole weeks to check availability. We also have some split weeks for Summer months on
our cottages and larger Inn rooms please see our pricing chart below for details!

Each room and cottage is unique which accounts for differences in pricing between units.

Taylor Street Cottage
Limit 8 persons
Great room concept with living room, dining room and kitchen, flat screen TV over the fireplace. 3 bedrooms on upper level, king bed, queenbed & two twins. 2 full baths includes a master bath with side by side jetted tub and over sized shower. Lower level has master suite! 
Complete with king bed with gas fireplace and flat screen TV at the end of the bed. 
Two person side by side jetted tub in sleeping area.  Bath has amazing shower with waterfall showerhead for your best shower experience ever... Rest your weary soul in this great space!

Lower level has additional space available for larger groups -
rent the whole house or also available in split units. Call for details.

Endless Summer Cottage
(Closed for remodeling until May 2009)

Living room with fireplace, full kitchen,
3 bedrooms- one king, one queen, two twin beds, 1 bathroom with standard tub/shower

Rates for Holidays such as New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day
are at the June - September rate structure.
All rates are subject to changes.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Because of the limited number of rooms, we often have more request for lodging than space available. Therefore we require a 50% deposit on all reservations, one night stays require payment in full at time of reservation.. Your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 service charge for all cancellations or changes. All cancellations or changes must be made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled less than the required period will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. Failure to show for the reservation results in full charge of the balance. The last day to change or cancel this reservation and receive a deposit refund is 14 days prior to the date of the reservation. After that date you are responsible for the entire reservation unless we are able to re-book the room. A cancellation prior to that date will result in a $25 processing fee. Rates are based on a maximum of 2 guests per suite. Additional guests are$15/person per night. Check in is from 2pm-6pm Eastern time, if you need different time period please call so that we may accommodate you. If you need later please let us know and arrangements will be made to have the key available upon arrival. Check out is 12 noon Eastern time unless other arrangements have been made. Every effort to allow for late check out will be made if possible with arriving guests. Sorry No Pets allowed at the Inn, Pets are accepted at some of the Cottages for an additional $25.00/night. For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, we are a non-smoking facility. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in automatic damage assessments ($200 minimum).

  Check out is 12 noon (Eastern time) for the main Inn building and Cottages check outs are 10 a.m. (Eastern time) unless other arrangements have been made.  Every effort to allow for late check out will be made if possible with arriving guests.
